Return and Refund
If your order is damaged in transit, please advise us within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace the damaged items. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will replace it with the correct item. If you wish to return any item for any other reason, we will credit your account for the cost of the items returned provided you advise us within 48 hours of your intention to return an item and provided you return the item promptly at your expense. The item must not be used for the return to be accepted. The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to all goods purchased from this site for personal use within New Zealand and we will comply with our obligations under that Act. Please contact us in the first instance by email and we will do our best to correct any problem.
Please note: Sale, clearance and promotional items are unable to be returned other than as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
New Zealand Deliveries. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 – 48 hours of receipt and confirmation of payment. We use reputable courier companies like Post Haste or New Zealand Courier’s standard service whose stated delivery times are 1-2 business days for North Island deliveries and 2-3 business days for South Island deliveries. Rural Delivery locations can expect a further day before delivery. Delivery to Rural address has an additional of $7 on top of the standard $5 Flat Fee totalling $12.
